Ok ! you made it ...... Great.
So you want to know a little about me? ... ok then.
I was born in Adelaide, South Australia, 1965 hence my yahoo ID merksy65, I have traveled all over Australia, mostly for work but also to get a better understanding of the country I grew up in and love so much.
I've lived in million dollar homes and on the side of the road scrounging what I could, Been stuck in the mud in the middle of no where for days with next to no food, only the dog biscuits I shared with my dog Bundy, a black and tan Scotch Collie crossed with a Dingo (native Australian dog).
My education includes life's sessions and a degree in IT and Teaching, I have always loved to learn and teach where ever possible, Handing on the knowledge I have gained over the years is something I feel should be shared to all, I doubt I will ever know everything there is to know (who really ever does?) but I'm trying, The mind is a wonderers thing.
I have had several jobs in the past, working in shearing sheds, Mobile DJ, Skate rink manager, Storeman and PC programs instructor to name a few.

My hobbies include, Wind surfing (haven't do it for a while now but I hope that will change), Drawing with ink pens and charcoal, and Of course learning all I can about PC's. I have played many different sports, Soccer, Rock Climbing, Speed Skating, Figure Skating, Roller Hockey and dabbled in Rugby for a while too.

I got into Website development in 1995 while I worked as an IT for a Internet Cafe in Geraldton, Western Australia, first learning the basics via a Dummies Book and then getting more Information from the Internet and then later I moved in to PC instructing and taught HTML as part of my many lesson plans. I had created many sites for the company I worked for and later started working for myself getting clients every-so-often, I had about 10 clients at one stage and found it quite challenging back then, Now with over thirteen years experience under my belt it has only gotten a little easier because of my experience so I put a lot more into my work then ever before.

I moved to the USA in mid 2001 where I have continued to ply my experience as a Graphics Designer.
